it’s always a treat when I’m in the area to stop here. These folks have the greatest variety and selection of natural foods anywhere around. I love finding new things each time when I arrive. It’s good to have a place you can count on to have the supplements, hard to find natural foods, and fresh healthy produce of all kinds. everything is displayed clearly. The staff are kind and helpful. Prices are great. You definitely need to stop in here if you or someone who cares about how they nourish themselves - inside and out. Great collection of books and gifts, too.
I didn't go in the bulk room which had flours and spices; I don't use things in quantity. So, I shopped the shelves and found everything that I was looking for. Apples from Washington state ( produce is marked as to it's source!), garlic from Argentina, etc. Needed bronchial and sinus remedies ; so that was the " bulk" of my purchases.
Other than the lady we ask about the vitamins suppliers changing trying to tell us we need to add more of another vitamin to take something he has been taking for years. And he already rKes that in another form....otherwise she did not ask enough questions to make her uneducated guess. No we did not buy more meds...the dr already monitors what he takes so just but out....
I love this place. You can get all your vitamins and natural foods. Plus, the people are really nice and willing to help you with any questions or health issues that can be fixed naturally.
I was told about this place by a friend. The staff was very helpful. The food is all natural, they can grind flour while you wait, they carry some of the best looking produce I've ever seen. The food is from either their farm or other organic certified farms. They carry grass-fed beef, free range chicken and eggs. The bulk food section is amazing, nuts, grains, salts, herbs, you have to see if to Believe it. This is about a 45 minute drive for me, but I will be making a trip every couple of weeks. I am glad I finally found a place that cares about the quality of the food they sell. Thank you,

I love the variety and selection of natural foods. Employees are friendly. If you forget your reusable bags they have some boxes available for your items. Free fruit for kids is very nice. ...pics of my favorite items ...
